The original Woodstock Road Baptist Church was built with a wooden west wall; the intention was to make it easy to extend the building as the congregation grew. In the 1930’s a brick extension was added and 80 years later we took on the next phase of development.
The project involved the demolition of the existing church hall extension. We then constructed a new entrance building to welcoming visitors in. This was coupled with external hard landscaping, to improve access to the church and enhance the appearance. In addition, refurbishment to the church’s interior made for a light and modern space in which the congregation can now meet and worship.
