Construction of a new octagonal science laboratory formed using a structure of steel framing, glulam beams and insulated timber panelling. The building envelope featured fine architectural detailing in zinc roofing and cedar cladding, as well as a ‘green’ roof. The scheme also included extensive hard and soft landscaping.
